is a brick and glass mosaic sculpture that was chosen through a juried selection process to be the public art component of the new Southgate Transit Centre. Artists Dawn Detarando and Brian McArthur used thousands of hand-fired bricks to create the sculpture.

Placed beside the renovated bridge, Talus Dome is both a sculpture in the landscape and a mirror to the landscape. Composed of nearly 1,000 hand crafted stainless steel spheres forming an abstract talus shape, the sculpture reflects the sky, weather and the river of cars that pass by it.
