The Amazon rainforest is a tropical forest located in the Amazon basin in South America. In terms of ecology, it is a primary forest at the climax stage. With an area of 5,500,000 km2, it is the largest tropical forest in the world covering nearly one third of the South American continent. The Amazon rainforest covers nine countries, nearly two-thirds of its total area is in Brazil (63%); the remaining third is shared between Peru (13%), Colombia (10%) and, to a lesser extent, Ecuador, Venezuela, Suriname, Guyana, Bolivia and Guyana.

Sadly, you are right.
yes, but ……. the peoples of the world are not interested in the subjects of climates and nature .. Politicians do politics, no humanism
The Amazon Rainforest is a gift from God. I so worry about losing it. People don’t appreciate nature. Tolkien knew this to be true when he wrote the Lord of the Rings and had Treebeard be the voice of nature.
glad, you like it , my beautiful friend 😉
