Labeled as « SINDING VALKYRIE » and located in a roadside park Copenhagen, Denmark. Made in 1908. Erected 1910 by Norwegian sculptor Stephan Abel Sinding (1846-1922)

Statue of Peder Griffenfeld à Copenhague
Peder Griffenfeld, (1635 – 1699) is a Danish politician.
. In 1663 he was appointed royal librarian and later became secretary to King Frederick III in 1665.

Beside City Hall is a statue of Hans Christian Andersen (1805-1875) looking toward Tivoli Gardens amusement park across the street. Although he wrote short stories, novels, poems, travelogues, and plays, Andersen is best known for his fairy tales. The quality of those tales was not immediately recognized, however, when the first installment of nine tales (including “The Little Mermaid”) was published in 1835.
