JUAN LUNA

Juan Luna is a Filipino painter born in Badoc in the province of the Philippines in 1857 and died in Hong Kong in 1899.

he studied navigation and obtained his coxswain diploma. He sailed in several Asian ports, before changing to painting.
Juan Luna studied Art in Europe, where he visited Spain, Italy and especially France where he settled and married.
