South Moravia

Znojmo ( Image source: en.wikipedia / RomanM82 )

South Moravia is one of the 14 regions of the Czech Republic. It has nearly 1,200,000 inhabitants. Its capital Brno is the second largest city in the country (380,000 inhabitants), it is -also- a cultural city with its 4 universities.
Economically, the South Moravian region is really developed, with an important industry (mechanics, electricity, food, …). It is – also – the great wine region of the Czech Republic.
