Queyras Regional Natural Park

The Queyras Regional Natural Park is located in the south-east of France, in the Queyras and Escreins massifs and the Alps mountains. It contains many peaks that exceed 3000 meters in altitude (such as: Le Pic de la Font-Sancte at 3387m and Le Mont-Viso at 3841m). the territory of Queyras is structured into four large valleys dotted with eight villages, which are home to 2,400 permanent inhabitants. Queyras is home to nearly 1450 species of plants, and all mountain ungulates such as: chamois, ibex, mouflon, deer, roe deer and wild boar.
