
Siargao is an island located in the southeast of the Philippines.
Its area is 437 km2. Its population 100,000 inhabitants.
The island is famous for its coastline marked by a succession of reefs, for its magical beaches, its dense forests and its seaweed trade.
The island of Siargao is strongly influenced by the winds and currents coming from the Pacific Ocean, which favors the practice of surfing.
