The beauty of a very small country:

In search of beautiful thematic photos for you, I met a very beautiful isolated micro-country, in the center of Europe and surrounded by the big, strong and famous European Union: LIECHTENSTEIN

Liechtenstein, is a principality (since January 23, 1719 at the behest of Emperor Charles VI) in the middle of the Central European Alps, bordered by Switzerland to the west and south and by Austria to the east and north. Its capital is Vaduz and its largest metropolitan area Schaan. Its area is 160 km2, with an estimated population of 37,810 inhabitants (2016).

Liechtenstein has one of the highest GDP per capita in the world (168,146.02 USD in 2015), The country also has one of the lowest unemployment rates in the world (1.7% 2018).

  Liechtenchtein lies on the eastern slope of the Rhine valley (which delimits its borders with Switzerland). To the east, from the principality of the heights which culminate in the summit of Mount Grauspitz (2,599 meters).
