  1. The pictures bring wonderful memories: my late husband and I canoed through the Finnish lakes in 1996 and I’ve described this in my new memoir, a Kindle eBook ‘So, what next? – a look, with hindsight, at the modern world’.

  2. Beautiful stuff! I have spent many summers in Finland as a child. Now I live in Sweden and we have plenty of lakes here too. Thank you for this post. 🙂
